Position and Qualifications

Responsibilities (1 Position)

Based on an understanding of PIAspace’s technology, products, and business, you will identify potential partnerships and clients for business expansion, or plan and promote collaboration strategies. These partnerships can be with public institutions or private companies. Additionally, you will develop detailed strategies for AI technology development based on the requests and feedback from partners or clients.

1. Management and Operation of R&D and Commercialization Projects

• Planning and proposing research and development projects

• Performing and managing ongoing R&D and commercialization projects

• Managing project budgets and writing reports

2. Identifying External Partnerships and Business Proposals

• Discovering new partnership and collaboration opportunities

• Planning tailored business proposals and managing external partnerships

• Maintaining relationships and networking

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Experience: 1 ~ 5 years

• Strong capabilities in business development, business planning, and strategic planning

• Experience in managing and proposing R&D and commercialization projects

• Proficiency in collecting and responding to feedback, and problem solving

• Ability to communicate effectively across various departments and channels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in identifying external partnerships

• Experience in end-to-end execution and improvement processes with high implementation skills

• Proficiency in English communication

Working Conditions

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Work Location: Seocho-gu, Seoul

• Working Days/Hours: Mon~Fri, 09:00 ~ 18:00
