Position and Qualifications

Responsibilities (1 Position)

Based on an understanding of PIAspace’s technology and business, you will continuously communicate with clients to ensure services are smoothly delivered and identify their needs. You will define problem situations and convey key requirements to ensure PIAspace’s technical and service teams can effectively respond to client needs. You will also engage in regular networking for client management.

1. Management of B2B, B2G Clients Using PIAspace Services

• Act as the primary communication channel for providing PIAspace services

• Manage performance and settlements for each client

• Improve issues for smooth service delivery

• Oversee all tasks related to the services provided to clients

2. Establish Client Relationships and Identify Needs for Service Provision

• Listen to client requirements and feedback to coordinate internal tasks for service delivery

• Plan tailored business proposals and manage external partnerships

• Maintain and network client relationships

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Experience: 1 ~ 5 years

• Experience in client management and business networking

• Proficiency in using sales management tools for client analysis, sales planning, and performance management

• Strong problem-solving skills and feedback collection and response capabilities

• Ability to communicate effectively across various departments and channels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B, B2G sales and client management

• Proactive communication skills

• Experience in AI solution business and corporate e-learning services

Working Conditions

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Work Location: Seocho-gu, Seoul

• Working Days/Hours: Mon~Fri, 09:00 ~ 18:00
